| Irvine Park comes alive with color and light as more than 100,000 lights and over 100 illuminated displays and scenes help visitors to enjoy the holiday season. Walk or drive through the park. | Snowshoeing by Moonlight |
| Chippewa Moraine Ice Age Visitor Center.All ages are invited. A short program about snowshoes following by a naturalist led nightmare snowshoe hike at 7pm. 40+ pairs of snowshoes for all ages available for those without them (please call ahead to reserve, no charge-donation accepted).

| Speed Rope Jump Contest |
| The finals are held each year on the last Saturday in January.
20-35 participating schools and approximately 240 jumpers try to break the records in the Jump Rope Capital of the World. Preliminaries at 12:30pm; finals at 7:00pm.
