AMY BURMA AND HEATHER PRUEHER HONORED WITH RCU AWARD

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) Regional Director of Branch Operations, Amy Burma and Comprehensive Lending Specialist II, Heather Prueher, have been named Royal’s 2024 Positive Impact Award winners. The Positive Impact Awards are Royal’s highest team member recognition for a leader and team member who have truly gone above and beyond to make a lasting impact on Royal’s Members, team members, and communities. 

Leader Positive Impact Award – Amy Burma

Burma’s innovative leadership and dedication to her team as Regional Director of Branch Operations have transformed the work environment and fostered growth at Royal. Burma’s leadership is marked by unwavering support, a proactive approach to learning, and genuine connection with her team. She collaborates across departments to solve problems and improve the Member experience. Additionally, Burma is committed to making a difference in her community and is actively involved with several local chambers of commerce. “Amy is committed to driving success for herself and everyone around her,” said Royal President and CEO, Brandon Riechers. “Her innovative leadership has been a catalyst for positive change at Royal, increasing team member engagement and driving growth across the organization. Team Member Positive Impact Award – Heather Prueher

Prueher consistently surpasses expectations in her role as a Comprehensive Lending Specialist II and is dedicated to supporting others. She actively serves as both an advocate and mentor for Royal’s Toastmasters Club, contributes to the development of her fellow team members, and represents the organization at various community events. Prueher excels at building strong, trusting relationships with Members, guiding them through their financial challenges and often helping them save money through debt consolidation and refinancing options. Her genuine care for each Member is evident, as reflected in her perfect 10 ratings on all Member surveys. “Heather consistently goes above and beyond in her role, not only exceeding expectations but also making a meaningful impact in the lives of our Members and team members,” shared Brandon Riechers, Royal President and CEO.  “Her dedication to helping others, whether through financial guidance or mentorship, exemplifies Royal’s core values.
