Grief Support Services Survey
The Grief Services Research Project urgently calls on the public to participate in a comprehensive survey designed to impact the future of grief and holistic healing services in the Chippewa Valley. The survey, now live, will help determine how the $4.8 million endowment, held at the Eau Claire Community Foundation, is distributed annually to address essential community needs.

The survey will only be available for two weeks and closes on November 14, 2024.

This community-wide survey is part of a larger initiative to identify existing services, gaps in care, and potential solutions to better support individuals navigating grief and loss. Led by Ann Kaiser, founder of AMK Nonprofit Coaching, LLC, this project is a key step in ensuring future services are aligned with the real needs of the Chippewa Valley community.

Survey Participation Details:

● Who should participate: All community members who have experienced
grief are asked to participate.

● How to participate: The survey is live and can be completed in about 8
minutes. Participants can share their thoughts and experiences to help direct
annual grants from a $4.8 million fund to meet relevant and urgent
community needs.

The more voices we hear, the more effectively these funds can be used for years to
come.
