Prevail Bank donates to Feed My People

Five thousand dollars ($5,000) was provided to Feed My People (Eau Claire) by Prevail Bank to assist in the purchase of a baler. Feed My People is a food bank warehouse that serves over 75,000 low-to-moderate income individuals in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Clark, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, and Washburn.

The donation was part of Prevail Bank’s Charitable Contributions program. Non-profits that assist low-to-moderate income households, those that stimulate communities financially, provide financial literacy, and/or enhance the standard of living of those less fortunate, in the communities Prevail Bank serves, were encouraged to apply. This Spring, Prevail Bank’s Charitable Contributions Committee approved the disbursement of $67,650 between 20 nonprofits.
