This coalition typically includes healthcare providers, public health agencies, community organizations, and concerned citizens who work together to identify and address health disparities, advocate for policy changes that support healthier lifestyles, and implement programs and initiatives aimed at preventing and managing various health issues. By pooling resources, knowledge, and expertise, this coalition strives to create a healthier and more equitable environment for everyone, with a focus on prevention, education, and community empowerment.
